Dental Insurance:

Payment of a patient's insurance co-pay is expected at the time services are rendered. We will always strive to provide you with the most accurate estimate possible; however, dental insurance is a contract between you, the patient, and the insurance company.  If your insurance does not cover our estimate of their payment, then you will be notified by our office. You should also receive an explanation of benefits from your insurance carrier detailing their payment amounts.

Payment plans:
We are able to work with our patients who require extensive treatment in developing a payment plan that is right for them. Our office is pleased to offer financing through Care Credit.

Pre-payment courtesy credit:
As an added benefit for our patients, we are happy to offer a 5% courtesy credit for all cases that are pre-paid. This is available to all patients whose treatment investment exceeds $1000.
